I sent an email to a good friend of mine, describing in painful detail, just what a horrible patient I was.

        She forwarded the letter to Dr. Lason--who was, much to my surprise, un-phased

        and willing to see me.

 

Information has always been the key to my successes, and that was no different with Dr. Lason:

 He explained everything he was doing--what the instruments were for, why he was doing certain

 things, and so on. As simple as it sounds, knowing what was going on before it happened

 really put me at ease. He was patient with me and did not belittle my fears as many dentists

 had done in the past.

 

When scheduling future appointments, I did so as quickly as possible--quite a turnaround for

 me!

 

I am comfortable with, and completely trust, Dr. Lason. I would refer anyone in need of a

 competent dentist to him.
